FAD II: Weekend Finished w/Flying Colors!

We just finished our two day Forearm Dance II: Intermediate Seminar in Los Angels and I wanted to thank each of you for participating in the class.

Most of you had taken FAD I in June. The difference in all of you, then to now was remarkable. Each changed so much in your ability to apply techniques; the ability to elongage your backs, the ability to realize that you can work hard without having to "work so hard". These techniques are designed so that you get better results in your practice.

You learned these new concepts and applied them with ease and comfort which ultimately allows for ease and support in your lives. You're able to take in more and enjoy more in your life.

The concepts and techniques you learned will help you break your old patterns and mindset. Life really doesn't have to be so hard. We can work hard, do more work, have more results and just not take so much out of our bodies.

Close to the end of the seminar I put together a choreographed demo of all of the moves that were learned. I think everyone was quite surprised to see it put together and to stand back and see what all of you learned and what all of you will be able to do with your clients.

Remember to practice with your friends and put a little into each session you have and you will notice soon it will all come easily and naturally to you!

I could not have been happier with the seminar and the students. Each of you did remarkable work and should be as happy and proud as I am.

Again, thank you for attending, I look forward to seeing you all at the next seminar!

Enjoy The Dance,
Val
